According to investigators with the Rock Hill Police Department, the collision happened at approximately 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Dave Lyle Boulevard and Mount Gallant Road. Authorities reported that Birmele was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when the incident took place.
